Let me tell you mine..
My name is Rens. I’m 41 years old, a photographer for almost 20 years, married to Juliette, father of two, avid hiker, living in an old finca in the countryside of Ibiza. My style is best described as pure without too much posing. I like to tell a story by capturing real emotions in a relaxed atmosphere where people feel comfortable. The name RAW Material refers to my name Rens Alexander Wieman and at the same time to photography with an unpolished signature style.

Celebrating your love, enjoying the moment, here and now. This is what the Spanish call ‘Pura Vida’. This literally means “Pure Life”. It encourages the appreciation of life’s simple treasures; to live a peaceful life, with deep appreciation for nature, family and friends. It’s more than just a saying, it’s a lifestyle.
My style is best described as pure, not too much posing and capturing the real moments. That being said, we also capture those elegant details and plan a few moments with only the both of you. Depending on the location this could be on the cliffs with views on the ocean, or walking through the beautiful countryside, between the olive trees. The island is unique for its stunning settings so you will have an experience that you will carry with you the rest of your life.
